About the Role

We are seeking a personable, energetic, and service-oriented professional to deliver memorable guest experiences through exceptional beverage service and engaging guided tours. This role combines hospitality, storytelling, and customer engagement to create a welcoming environment while sharing knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
• Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Lead informative and engaging tours that highlight key features, history, or offerings.
• Share accurate and compelling information tailored to different guest interests and group sizes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and guest area.
• Follow all applicable food, beverage, safety, and operational guidelines.
• Handle payments, process orders, and assist with point-of-sale transactions as needed.
• Monitor inventory and support restocking of bar and tour-related materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, customer service, or tour guiding is preferred.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences with confidence and professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a busy environment.
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require lifting, carrying, and walking.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
