Data Operations Assistant Responsibilities

• Compile, maintain, and organize internal sales spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
• Work with large Excel files while maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and clear organization.
• Enrich and validate records through internal database cross-checks and external research.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve missing, duplicate, outdated, or inconsistent data.
• Improve list quality to support effective sales and marketing outreach.
• Research and identify relevant industry sectors to support audience segmentation.
• Document updates and follow established processes for data entry, validation, and list management.
• Communicate questions, findings, or data-quality concerns clearly and promptly.

Data Operations Assistant Requirements

• Entry-level position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to conduct research and verify information using multiple sources.
• Ability to recognize data inconsistencies and apply sound judgment when resolving them.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete assignments efficiently in an office environment.
