Your Role:

• Provide exceptional waxing services with a positive, professional attitude.
• Build loyal guest relationships through expert care and warm, engaging service.
• Use your  sales expertise to educate guests on our services, products, and exclusive membership programs.
• Drive guest retention through  pre-booking, referrals, and upselling .
• Maintain a pristine, welcoming waxing suite.

We’re Looking For:

• A Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (current state license required).
• A passion for  sales, beauty, and skincare —with a focus on creating lasting client connections.
• Friendly, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals who love exceeding expectations.
• Willingness to learn and master new techniques.
• Flexibility to work  nights, weekends, and peak hours .
