The hours will be 7AM-3:30PM M-F with a pay range of $27-$32 depending on experience.Job Description:Immediate opening for an experienced SMT operator. This individual will be responsible for setup, operation and maintenance of SMT processes and equipment under guidance of the Production SupervisorResponsibilities: Setup of SMT and related equipment Read and understand process documentation Produce and submit 1st piece for approval Operate process equipment effectively to produce consistent high quality Inspect own work, detect defect trends and maintain high quality levels Hand placement of components Maintenance of SMT and related equipment Complete maintenance and process documentation Work closely with AOI to identify and resolve quality issues Qualifications: Must be computer literate, able to type and comfortable working with menu driven equipment software Capable of completing assignments with minimum guidance Dependable and efficient with strong communication skills Knowledge of J-STD/IPC standards Knowledge of component identification High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years SMT, preferably with MyData equipment.Certified IPC Specialist and/or proven ability to meet qualifications.If interested in this opportunity please apply with an updated resume today!Surface mount technology, surface mount technician, soldering, solder, componentPay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
